So the settings said that i wasn't eligible for upgrade to Windows 11 because of my TPM. Then I enabled from Bios the TPM and its TPM 2.0. PC Health check says I am eligible for an upgrade but when i go and do Check for Updates, it says You're Up To Date. Also on the right it says that the pc doesnt meet the minimum requirements, but the PC health check does. For the Info i have 16 gb ram, Intel core i5-9400F, geforce Gtx 1650. Continue reading...

PC keeps crashing randomly, 100% of the time when playing a game and sometimes when i'm only using chrome.
by Guest Mahmut Solak- 0 replies

Around 2 weeks ago my PC started blue screening and crashing at random times regardless of use intensity. I tried many command prompt fixes that are suggested online but none of them fixed it. SFC /SCANNOW told me I had corrupted files and that it was unable to fix them. Tried a whole bunch of other stuff (basically anything other people have tried and gotten results with in other forums i gave it a try). My final solution was to reinstall windows and wipe my SSD as I thought this would be a sure fix.Resetting Windows did nothing and the problem kept happening, then a couple days ago I ran the Continue reading...

How can I get on the phone with Microsoft tech support for Excel?
by Guest Matthew Frohlich- 0 replies

I have gone through various means of trying to contact Microsoft on this and receive nothing but automated replies if I get a reply at all. When I request help through the Microsoft site, I am redirected to the message below "This service is currently unavailable. Please visit this link to contact Microsoft Support."When I call, I am directed by a bot, which clearly will not patch me through to an actual human, to the Microsoft Admin Center and not given any direction on how to open a service request. I would just like to know how to get ahold of someone on the phone or open a servic Continue reading...

Permanently remove permission of Microsoft malware to access BIOS settings and other hard drives OR permanently disable Windows updates and network ac
by Guest Martin K_937- 0 replies

I have multiple hard drives attached to my computer, including one with Windows installed on it for compatibility reasons with a few programs that only support Windows. I install it for that reason only, and because it performs better than running Windows in a VM. Every couple of months Windows will force an update that edits BIOS settings, or that overwrites the boot drive on a different hard drive!!!!!!! causing damage to my computer. I've lost one SSD to this malware, and recently, upon "magically completely an update for me" Windows got a BSOD on the login screen and the hard drive it is i Continue reading...

So, I couldn't login to this very old Microsoft account of mine that I totally don't use anymore and after a few tries it got blocked. I tried to answer a few questions to prove my identity but I didn't have much to offer and the request was denied. I don't have access to any of it and I desperately need to login into the computer. Any chance I can change the old account for this new one? What can I do? Continue reading...

I had a problem with Java Platform SE binary, so I googled a tutorial to solve my problem. The steps in this tutorial were as follows: - do the Win + R key combination; - type in the box msconfig, thus arriving at the system configuration; - Click Services tab and then check Hide all Microsoft services. I have very probably forgotten this step; - Click Disable all, click Apply to save the changes. After clicking Apply my laptop is restarted, and I'm has been unable to access it since. Every time I try to log in to my laptop I get the following message "There is a problem and your PIN is not available. Click to reconfigure the PIN"; when I click on "Click to reconfi…
