Heya my PC has been crashing for a little bit now (Mostly BSOD) but I've only been able to catch it once saying "Unexpected_Storage_Exception" but all other times I've been out of the room. Not looking for a fix from here just information on what may be happening. My secondary SSD or the SATA cable connecting it is faulty and looking to get it fixed soon, just want confirmation. also the crashes have only started since a the SSD became faulty after a crash (No longer appearing in BIOS)Yes the faulty SSD is still connected & I'm aware its probably causing the issues.https://1drv.ms/u/s!Ao_View the full article

I am trying to install Windows 10 pro on a system that came with Windows 11 pro due to software compatibility issues. I am able to boot to the Windows 10 USB fine, however it does not show any selectable drives to install into. The system has a working SSD with Windows 11 pro installed and I can log in, so I know the SSD is working. How do I get it to allow me to install to the drive?View the full article

Hello,I've been using windows 10 through a bootcamp partition (from mac) for the last year and a half. Until now, I haven't had any issues. As of about a week ago, any mouse I try to connect to my computer hasn't worked. I've tried a bluetooth mouse, a usb receiver mouse, and a wired mouse and none seem to be responsive. All three mice work fine on my mac partition. The mice sometimes show up on my devices as connected and working, but they're still unresponsive.Thing I've already tried:1. looking through device manager and reinstalling/updating drivers. Effect: None2. Doing a system restore tView the full article

Hi there, I recently was playing a game when it resulted in a power cut/crash to my pc. I then restarted my pc and throughout startup no problems occurred. An issue arose when I signed in and it resulted in my screen flickering in and out of darkness in quick succession, I have tried to fix this in multiple ways including startup repair, disk repair, system restore and even an entire system reset, all of these options were met with problems and were unable to go through. I doubt it would be a gpu related hardware issue as my processor contains integrated graphics in which I switched for test pView the full article

When I try to open a document from OneDrive on Microsoft Office (or Excel), an old microsoft account is automatically logged in and tells me I need to use another account to activate 365. I remove the account and signout on the app (office or excel) and try to sign it, and it still give me the same message. It continues to re-route to the wrong account and won't let me access/use Microsoft office. I have removed any remnants I can find on the keychain access on Mac, and redownloaded 365 . Still getting the same errorsView the full article

Dear friends @Don VarnauI am a personal account user of Microsoft (Outlook) and have noticed persistent failed login attempts on my account for over a year. Although I have 2FA enabled and my account has not been compromised, I am concerned about the security of my account as these attempts seem to originate from VPNs or proxies worldwide.Additionally, I received a spoofed email that appears to have been sent from my account but did not originate from me. I have reviewed the email headers, which indicate that the sender's IP is unrelated to Microsoft's servers.I kindly request your guidance orView the full article

I was trying to run roblox as I usually do but it pops up with a unexpected error occured and then prompts me to make a memory dump. After trying to reinstall it through the microsoft store, it says "this product isn't compatible with your PC's processor" which I found wierd because I was using roblox just fine yesterday and ever since i got the computer. My CPU is Snapdragon X Plus X1P42100. I was wondering if I could change the compatibility and maybe that would fix the issue.View the full article

Hi, I keep getting the popups that Microsoft Defender found threats. One of the ways to correct this is to "Open Windows Explorer > Go to C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Scans\History\Service > Move/delete all the files inside the Service folder. Then Restart the PC."However, I cannot enter the "Scans" folder mentioned above. I think I do not have access to it. How can I get access to that? Because of that, I am unable to delete the files in the service folder :(This is my laptop, I should have access to everything! I hope I can get some help :) I have attached the screenshot asView the full article
