my son built a new pc. I have an old pc that has a retail version of windows 10 digital license. I want to trash that old pc and transfer the license to my sons pc. So can I sign into the new pc with my windows account and transfer the digital license from the old hardware to the new hardware? And once I have done that; I can then remove the license from my windows account and sign back into the new pc with a local account and then have my son sign into the new pc with his windows account to transfer the license from the new hardware to his account? This PC is a LEMON and has always crashed intermittently since purchasing around 2018. Can you help me diagnose what cause recent crashes on my PC? laptop does not play sound from video. This issue arises every time the laptop is 'awakened'? from sleep. When I click on an open tab then click play on the video that I was watching, there is simply no sound. I then opened Youtube, searched a random video to play and that also had no sound. Hello!I have a GA-B85M-D3PH motherboard that supports 1Gbps connections, but I've only been able to achieve that speed for two days. After that, my connection remains stuck at 100Mbps. I verified this both through speed tests and in the Ethernet properties.I'm using Windows 10 Pro (fully updated), along with the Realtek driver version 10.73.815.2024. Had blue screen of death and I don't know how to read crash dumps so require some help trying to figure out why OS crashed. just found this proccess running in task manager.dont remember if i saw it before.trying to open the its property from task manager, i see ntoskrnl.exeproccess cannot be stopped, windbg cannot attach to it.from google i have found that ntoskrnl.exe is one of core files, but didnt find that it shows as registry (not regedit).one place said that it shouldnt be seen from TM and some hacks can be seen as ntoskrnl.exeany one faced such thing?i'm panicing when i shluld sleep well?thanksView the full article

Is this a driver error? Device manager says my drivers are already updated.
