Windows 10

I have had no issues to date with my laptop, which I purchased last year. I am using a Lenovo Thinkpad x1, and Windows 10 operating system. Starting this morning I got the error message stating “Something went wrong and your PIN isn’t available (code: 0xd0000225). Click to set up your PIN again.”. When I click on the "Set up my PIN" option nothing meaningful happens and I can't go any further. I have restarted my computer multiple times, which hasn't helped. When I log into my computer, it takes me to a generic profile. All of my docs and information is gone. When I first logged in, there was a quick message about a different profile. I've logged out, restarted, and full rebooted many times. View the full article

I am totally puzzeled, for about 6 months I can not get my optical drive to work. In File explorer is show that it is there and when I insert a disk, it will still tell me to insert a disk and nothing happens. So i bought a DVD/CD portable disk with a USB connection and it does not work. I suspect that there are some drivers missing. I have performed clean via diskpart against entire NVME SSD before installing Windows 10.Now in the Disk Management Windows shows status "BitLocker Encrypted" for a Volume which is not encrypted.Recently I have enabled BitLocker for System Drive (C:) to check how it will perform. I can't find my computer so I bought another one, I found the location of the other computer. I do not have the authenticator app. I looked on the app. Found the device and it shows it is at 5 houses away from me. I need to remove access to all my data from the computer and through Microsoft from that computer. I have a new computer and I need everything transfered here. Can you help me? Hi all, would appreciate some help reg this issue I am having. Just built a new computer and the motherboard doesn't have a WIFI or Bluetooth module, so had to buy a network card. Company: FenviModel: AX1800 PCI-EI downloaded the drivers from fenvi.com and it worked, was even able to conduct a speed test, but then it suddenly gave up, the Bluetooth didn't though. posting this on behalf of a friend since they have no internet at the moment, but they have recently started receiving constant dpc_watchdog_violation bsods when trying to connect to their home wi-fi. other devices in the house are connected perfectly fine, and he's unable to download any drivers online due to having no internet connection to do so. this started randomly after coming home one day. he uses a vodafone ultra hub and has had strange internet problems recently anyway.View the full article

So I want to have my taskbar be visible when I have a program open such as firefox, but invisible when I have no programs open so my desktop can be clean and beautiful but the hide taskbar in desktop mode does the opposite and it is very irritating. Hello, i have reinstalled windows onto my seagate (which can be used as an USB) using a separate PC. The Seagate on the PC that i downloaded windows from say the USB has 900+GB free.then when i get onto my PC that is in a Boot loop to try and reinstall windows from the USB, it says additional space needed when i know for a fact that is not the case. someone please help me, i have tried every single option the boot manager has to repair but i know the issue is not having the system32 file, which is why i was trying to reinstall windows using a USB.what should my next steps be? i cant get into wView the full article

Okay so, when I try to start any of my game the entire screen freezes and I can't do anything (even thou I can sometimes still hear the sound from either a video or music in the background), so I try to force reboot it by holding down the power button, waiting it to turn off and then start it again, BUT nothing happens and the screen stays black in sleep mode. The mouse and keyboard can sometimes also be slow turning on, the lights go on then off and then on again.
