I am running Vista-64 (think 64!) Basic on an HP pavillon desktop which was donated to me. as is! Unfortunately attempts to boot up the system have been unsuccessful and the 0xc0000135 error appears. Hello,Installed an image of Windows XP with Norton Ghost 14. It works. But Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit was a dual-boot. It will not boot. I would get a menu when I started computer, I could select Windows Vista or Older OS. Vista was the main OS. It was an Upgrade copy. I inserted the Windows Vista disc and did the repair. It said it is fine, but will not boot into the OS. Black screen.Can I configure something to fix not having a dual-boot?
