Problem Description: HP Computer - Vista 64
My Canon scanner stopped working after the latest updates (10) sent out on Wednesday of this week.
I called Canon support and we reinstaled the latest drivers and programs. The Canon software (Toolbox) will not operate the scanner. However, I can scan using Win Paint or the Photo Gallery since it uses the Windows driver.
The Scanner software was working fine just before these latest updates. Something seems to have affected the Canon driver or software.[/size]
