  1. Using Windows email, connection to Firefox was direct. Yes, Firefox is default browser. Now, email links do not connect. What has to be reset?
  2. A file shows up on the Comodo scan which seems to want to download a file for One Drive, or such. OneDrive 19.043.0304.0007 Doe snot show up in Malwarebytes When the DL button is depressed, the screen goes to a new site which warns of a PUP (potentially unwanted program). Further, on the Comodo screen, no buttons are active, as in frozen. I can neither approve nor clean, nor delete the file. I have no idea. Please advise if you know one way or other about this file.
  3. I had the same freeze out Wednesday. After calling the number on the fatal error screen, I found out the site/people/pirate wanted $199.00 to "renew" my license. I stalled and said I wold take her phone number and call back once I determined the term of my license from the computer tech store which installed W10 Pro 10. She left ph # and name. I called my geeks. They said it was likely a scam and not to sign up, give info, or pay money. After that. The screen was released and normal function restored. I do not know what triggered the event. But it was as frightening as the Blue Screen of Death in previous versions of DOS. I do not know whether I have rebooted to verify my access to system, files, OS. Goaglen out
