I have a similar problem.
Ryzen 7 1700 + DDR4 3000, blue screens started a few months ago, and the last days have become more frequent. Reinstalling Windows, drivers, BIOS, changing RAM does not help.
But still so ugly: ntoskrnl.exe+3f3ea0 SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION or MEMORY_MANAGMENT...
