    Can Not Turn Off UAC (Vista SP1)

    All, Today I went to turn off UAC. I can not! If I go to "Control Panel > User Accounts > Turn User Account Control on or off" I notice the the UAC box is already UNchecked but UAC is indeed turned on. What gives? Anybody else run into this problem? It appears I have no way to turn UAC...

    Windows explorer

    Same thing happens to me. Hitting winkey+r, typing explorer and hitting enter is not a solution. My explorer crashes multiple times a day. Vista SP1 32 Bit. Been happening since before SP1... Help?
