Wex Tech Answerworks - How can I deinstall it?

Found this one too and it won't let me to a remove
from the control
panel. Help !

General suggestion
1. Install the program again over your current installation . It is probably
corrupted (something missing or damaged) . This will make the program working
and then you would be able to uninstall it

2. If (1) is not working , contact the vendor , you can find information in
their web-site.
