Icon for RemoteApp Programs don't show up in TS WEB ACCESS

I am trying to get the TS WEB ACCESS working for RemoteApp but the icons
do not show up. I have done all of the standard thing.
1. Install Apps
2. Added in TS RemoteApp Manager.
3. Make sure that they say TS WEB ACCESS = YES
4. Added them to the proper groups. TS Web Access, Remote desktop users.
5. Even tried administrators group and administrator user.

The icons for the applications that I install do not show up in TS WEB
ACCESS.

Any suggestions
