msupdate removal

I am not restarting or shutting down my PC also can not open any exe
file or shortcut file.

When I Press Alt+Ctrl+Del then a process called "msupdate" is running
and you can not stopped it.

Also it is showing in startup and you can not remove from it

What is showing in your Address i.e. Internet Explorer > Properties >
Address? Has it been changed without your knowledge?
