Retrieving the COM class factory error in 64-bit Windows Server 20

Hello:

On a 64-bit Windows Server 2003R2 box, I'm getting the following error when
opening a finnancial report writer application called "FRx":

Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID
{47E7313F-9250-4C9C-A4A9-281889A3C289}-failed due to the following error:
80040154.

The program works fine, despite this error. I simply click "OK" on the
error's dialog box, enter the program, and run my reports. But, I would like
to get rid of this ugly nuisance. Any ideas?

This error does not happen on any 32-bit machines that run this program on
the network.

Believe it means 'Class Not Registered' You might ask the application
developer if 64 bit OS is supported.
