Hi Katherine,

What was it in for repairs for?

The error message indicates a driver issue, but does not indicate which one
is at fault.

Hi,

The driver file may be one that supports that software, or that supports a
hardware component addressed by that software.

Go to the Control Panel/System/Advanced System Settings, open startup and
recovery settings dialog. Under system failure, set it to create a small
dump file and apply/ok your way out. Then, the next time it crashes, send
the newly created file under C:\Windows\Minidump to me at
rick_at_mvps_dot_org using a subject line of "per req" and I'll see if I can
determine the cause.
