How do I run a cmd file on the first login after sysprep in 2008?

I put the file in c:\windows\setup\scripts but it did not run

Joey,
Whose logon? Anyone's? Or do you just mean that you want to run something
once on the computer while building it.

Joey,
Can you just confirm: are you trying to run something once, after the
computer is built and ready? Or are you trying to run a cmd as part of the
sysprep process while building the computer?
Thanks,
Anthony
