BSOD: System Error, Event id:1003

Hello all,

My server (2003 sp2, all updates) gets a bsod almost every day, with these
error info in the log:

Error code 000000d1, parameter1 00008eee, parameter2 d0000002,
parameter3 00000001, parameter4 b99b9747.

For more information, see Help and Support Center at
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

Server is running DC/DHCP/File/Print etc..

Last week we replaced the memory and the NIC of the server, still no result.
After searching for some tie still no info found, does somebody have any
ideas?

I'm getting desperate..

Thnx,

0x000000D1: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
The system attempted to access pageable memory using a kernel process IRQL that was
too high. The most typical cause is a bad device driver (one that uses improper
addresses). It can also be caused by caused by faulty or mismatched RAM, or a
damaged pagefile.

Re: System Error, Event id:1003

Just changed the pagefile setting to auto. So far no problems.
