Printer Migration

I have a new windows 2003 R2 server that I need to move printers to from
another windows 2003 server. Using printer manager what is the best way to do
this? my users currently have printers mapped in their profiles from them
manually adding them

Are you keeping the old print server around? The easiest way to do this is
name the new server with the previous server name.

I have to keep the old one online. I am trying to push the printer role to
another less busy server
