File Server Upgrade

I posted the same question with some incorrect info. The new server is also
2003 standard server

Our company has a Windows 2003 file server standard edition. This server is
part of a domain. What I need to do is to move all of the information
including the file security structure (Permissions and share) into a new
server. The new server is Windows 2003 standard. The most important part of
this project is to be sure we keep the same server name so that all of our
UNC remains the same and seamless to the user.

How can I accomplish this?

Hello DMI,

See the answer to your previous posting, still the same way.

Additional info for the shares:
Export this key from the registry the path hklm/system/currentcontrolset/services/lanmanserver/shares
to a file and import it on the new server

Best regards
