Remote App, Open Local App.

Hi, I'm in the process of setting up a totally new domain on which we will
be using Server 2008 R2 with remote apps install on out users local PC's.
One of these apps will be Outlook, is it possible that if an email contains
a URL to have Internet Explorer open locally instead of the remote copy?

No, sorry, this isn't possible today.
