Word 2007 problems on 2008 Terminal Server

We have a Windows 2008 Terminal Server running Office 2007. We had
documents that were created in Office 2007 under Windows XP and Vista. When
we try to open them on the terminal server, we get "not enough memory or
disk space to complete this operation." If we copy the contents from the
original document into a new document and save it, it is okay but some of
the formatting is changed. The original font is Arial. When logging on
directly to the terminal server, it is not a problem it's onlya problem
when logging in remotely. (which is why I'm posting here) Can anyone shed
some light on this incompatibility and what might be done about it?

Does everyone who remotes in get the problem or just some users? Check
the Task Manager on both the server and a client when they see this
problem. Also check for errors in the Event Logs.

Windows sometimes isn't really accurate about what a error means. It may
not be memory or disk space, but another resource that is running out.

It seems to be everyone who remotes to the server. I was told in one
of the Word newsgroups that the message, as you suggest, essentially is a
catch-all that Word gives when it really doesn't know what is wrong or what
to do.
