2008 server task manager

Hello. Watching task manager in a Win 2008 server system, i noticed that it
reports about Physical Memory:
- Total 3070MB
Cached 2051MB
Free 12MB

But resource monitor reports 41% Used Physical Memory.

So how much memory is free? 12MB from task manager or 59% from resource
manager?
