TS giving Problems

[create_share]

Hi!

My users are having problems with printing from Windows 2003 Terminal
Server. Terminal Server is showing same printer multiple times in users'
sessions. If i double click to open some of the printers they give a message:

Operation could not be completed. Either the printer name was typed
incorrectly, or the specified printer has lost its connection to the server.

If ther user tries to log off from Terminal Server it will stay on log off
window and then i have to log them off from administrator account.

Any Suggestions?

What kind of printers and how were the drivers added to begin with?

OT, but Screwdrivers from www.tricerat.com will make all your TS printing
problems go away. Worth the money.

Try deleting the registry key HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Terminal Services
Client on the client PC.
Also I assume your users are NOT sharing a common username/password to logon
to the TS and that you have the UPHClean utility installed on the TS.

My users are using their own domain accounts to logon to TS and UPHClean
utility is not installed. I will install it.

Secondly, i have noticed that after a person from IT-Dept installed Crystal
Report Client on TS my users started getting printing problems? Can it be
because of CR Client?

Well if everything was fine and after CR thing started not to work as
expected, the first thing I would try is to remove such client and see
what happens.
