shutdown.exe /h The system cannot find the file specified.(2)

Can anyone help me fix this issue on server 2008 R2, the title says it
all when I try to hibernate I get The system..........

Can you find the file in %systemroot%\system32 directory? What happens if
you fully qualify the path? System PATH variable may be damaged.
