Where is Windows Reliability Monitor

A

Adrian Hall

I'm studying 70-640, using the Windows Server 2008 R2 image that MS has
gracefully allowed for demo/etc. I'm using the self-study MS Press guide.
Ch. 13 suggests I use Server Manager => Configuration => Performance and
Reliability to get to Windows reliability monitor.

I've installed a Standard Install (it's only AD DS, after all), yet my
server manager only shows Performance, and no Windows Reliability Monitor.
Looked in the features, under Administrative Tools, etc. - still can't find
it.

Thoughts on where I might find it?

Hello Adrian,

You can open it with Control Panel, Action Center, Maintanance, "View reliability
history"

Hello Adrian,

Or the fast option, type "Reliability monitor" without the quotes in the
"Search programs and files" field.
