Per user allow me only two user Activ?

Even I have License for 7 as User on License server, and TS configure to "per
User", the server allow me more then 4 user, but not allow more than two
Active?

the step I do to install App mode:
========================
I move to Application mode and I add 7 license as user.
Then I login from A and B computer. this computer got temp by device!
After I change the TS configuration to "Per user"

I try to loin from another PC when already have 2 disconnected client. I can
open two new Active session. but I cano't active the disconnected session or
open another new session/

So why not allow me more then two active session?

Which OS are you running, Windows Server 2003 or 2008?

Anyway, it cannot be a lack of licenses which causes your problem,
since Per User licensing is not implemented at all (in 2003) or not
enforced (in 2008).

My guess is that the number of network connections is limited to 2
simultaneous connections, in Terminal Services Configuration -
Network.
If the figure there is "2" and it is greyed out, it means that
there is a Group Policy somewhere in your domain which enforces
this. Otherwise, you can just change it to "unlimited".

I find out that on configuration have Tab "Network Adapter" with limit of two
connection.change it to unlimited.
