specify memory for a session

hi friends, how can I specify how much memory a user session can
allocate (use) ?? also can I limit the processor usage? or every user
session started can use all memory and cpu available? if there are
many concurrent users... everybody are requesting all resources?

No way to limit the memory utilization. CPU you can throttle for sure
using freewares like Threadmaster for example.
