Upgrade server 2008 standard to enterprise

Hi,

Is possible upgrade standard version 32 bits, to enterprise version 32 bits.
y to install it from the cd, but it doesn't leave me the option upgrade, is
disabled.
Why?

You should be able to:

Did you boot into your Windows Server 2008 Standard, insert the Windows Server
2008 disk and run it?
