Is this a W7 newsgroup or what?

P

Paul H

If this is a Windows 7 newsgroup, why does so much non-Windows stuff exist

here? Trying to win converts? Good luck. I'm here for Windows 7

information, and would like to filter out the non-Windows stuff. Maybe if I

delete everything from "Alias"? Yup! That worked! I hope he didn't have

any good W7 info in there...

It should be a Windows 7 group but Alias like to pollute wherever he goes.

Alias is pretty much brain dead. Every once in a while he finds his

instructions on how to change his or is he a she email addy. Then you have

to filter him again. Not a lot of trouble to do that tho.

I also set my reader to 'ignore' threads that he is involved in as folks

like Frank also have problems with their life.

Even though it is an ALT group, it's general etiquette to stick to the

premise of the group title. Of course, not everyone is that polite. . .

Agreed, and the worst thing you can do is go into an ALT group and trash the

object that is the theme to the group.

IMHO that is the textbook definition of a troll.

*BULLSHIT*!!! That fucking POS linturd spamming pimp troll alias said he

would purposefully trash this ng and make it useless.

Obviously you must agree with him.

Now neither you, nor him nor anyone else can justify his polluting this

ng with his spam. And the fact that he says spamming this W 7 ng with

his linux crap is on topic is simply a crock of lying horseshit.

He is sick and if you're one of his followers, then you too are sick.

He is a blight in this ng.

The basic problem is that Microsoft have not created a NNTP discussion

group for W7 and so this alt group is open to anyone who wants to try

to wreck it.

I know we can move all the W7 discussions to the web forums that

Microsoft have create but I can't be bothered with forums.

Honestly anyone who uses the kind of language you just used has no business

being a public forum. I've blocked you MANY times yet you continually change

your email address and reappear. Why don't you let us decide what we find

valuable and at least keep the same email address so we don't have to read

your profanities if we do not wish to? No need to respond to me as I'm going

to block your current email address as soon as I hit send.

You don't need to block the email address, just the nym. Unfortunately you

I much prefer the truth, even in the vernacular, over the lies of the

spamming trolling pimping asshole in here. If you're offended,

sorry...or maybe you prefer the pimps lies in almost proper English.

Agreed and I wouldn't have seen his post if you had not "fed the

Please refrain from doing so in the future.

You probably don't know it, but Microsoft $hills infested the alt.and

The amount of non-Windows stuff hasn't really changed. For years

there's only been Aliass and a few of his followers in their futile

attempts for converts, egging on the Franks of this world.

Windows 7 today is such a stable, user friendly, fully customisable,

secure and, most of all usable OS that there are very few problems

with it. Hence an ever decreasing number of legit posts to this ng.

So it only SEEMS like the troll activity has increased.
