Hi,
I have a HP laptop which was originally configured with VISTA Home &
Premium pre-installed. I just upgraded it to VISTA Ultimate in order to use
the "Complete PC Backup and Restore" feature.
Starting from the fact that, from start, VISTA Premium was pre-installed
on my laptop, no Vista DVD available at moment of purchase, and that
upgrading to Ultimate didn't give me any DVD either that I can use, I would
have the following question.
==> In case I have a problem with my portable's hard disk so that I need
to restore full system from backup, how will I start the recovering process
taking into account that I currently have no physical Vista DVD on hand?
Thanks in advance,
Stéphane
