Freeware to unpack BKF in Windows 7?

N

Norman Swartz

I have a backup file (.BKF) created in Windows XP Pro SP3. I would like to

extract some files from it, but Windows 7 does not support BKF files. I

have found commercial software on the web that will do what I want, but it

costs $89.00!!!! Does anyone know of freeware that will do the job?

Thanks.

Search for NTBACKUP. I just installed it on Win7 Ultimate and am now able to

access all my old BKF files. I have an IDE to USB adapter that allows me to

access

several old hard drives that I used for backing up, in the past.

Another option is to run an XP virtual machine.
