Performance on Windows 7

I have a problem reported by one user which says that my SwingNN

application runs too slow on Windows 7. He had no performance problem

on XP and I have no problem on either XP or Windows 7.

I am sure that he has something wrong with his system but I don't know

how to approach this problem as he is not very technical. When I

suggested that he checks for process resource overuse problems with

Task Manager he had no idea what I was talking about.

Any ideas?

Tell him to go here and have a play.

Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Troubleshooting\System and Security

I doubt he'll be able to break anything.
