Syncing between two HD's

I've got some files located on two separate HD's in my box--Vista Ultimate,
32 bit. Is there anyway to sync them--the folders, that is?

Checked in Vista help as well as online, did not really find any result.
The sync center in Vista supports the syncing to a portable device or to a
networked location. In my case, however, it is merely the syncing of some
identifical folders located on two HD's.

Any info would be appreciated!

PowerDesk Pro does Sync between drives or folders.

There is a Free Version however I am not sure if Sync in active in it
(I use the Pro)

I found this, appears free does not offer Sync.
