you have and what anti-virus, firewall you are running.

Either Spybot is installed with TeaTimer enabled or the installed

antivirus software will not allow the files to be updated.

If the latter is the cause of the issue you'll need to completely

disable the AV for now in order for the required updating files to be

updated.
