Mac OS X Lion represents a first step, I think, towards melding the OS X user experience with that of Apple’s far more popular iOS devices--the iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad. And while it’s not entirely successful in this first rendition, Apple has delivered, for perhaps the first time ever, the first Mac OS X upgrade that is arguably more than just evolutionary.
