When saving WRL files in Internet Explorer the content becomes scrambled but saving WRL using...

Hi all,
When saving WRLs from Teamcenter or anywhere Internet Explorer converts the content making it useless but Chrome keeps the content as it should be. Is there a settings to stop what ever internet explorer is doing.
