This is an ordinary e1405 core duo with 2GB RAM, Vista Home
Premium, and nothing unusual. It's worked perfectly for months.
Suddenly, its wireless network functionality has become a
problem. When it comes out of standby it may or may not connect.
Releasing and renewing makes no difference. Signal is excellent.
If it's ok when it comes back to life, or after I reboot, it's
solid as a rock.
I cannot find the "repair" function that might have helped in XP.
What could be broken, missing, etc? What other Vista tool can I
use instead of a time-consuming reboot?
HELP!
