Power settings NEVER stick!

The power settings for the monitor always turn it off after 20 minutes even
when I set it to 1 hour. I have to reset it to 1 hour EVERY day because of
this and it still doesnt hold! Why is that?

Have sent them as ADMINISTRATOR?
