WMP11 and MMC Explorer crashes

I

Ian

I wonder if anybody else has seen the following problem with WMP11 and
Vista. If I minimise to the task bar when a song is playing, then open
Media Center (by accident), close media center and hover on the minimised
player. The system shows the current song information then states that
Explorer has had a problem and resets the desktop. The song remains playing
in the back ground and WMP remains minimised. If then does the same thing
again and explorer reloads the desktop. Reboot required to get our of this
spiral.

Problem Signature is:

Do you have the GeForce visualization ( G-Force_WMP.dll ) installed to this
system? That's the most common cause of this crash, from what I see.
There's a handful of potential other causes too, but much much less likely.
