photos tile on Surface

when you click the photos tile on Surface it either struggles and goes back to the main page or opens on the carnival page for a few seconds (failing to show the Flickr/Facebook/Photos tiles). I have refreshed and rebooted but still is happening. The tile does not appear to link to the photos options. Can you suggest a way of resolving please?
