Hi
My PC (which is only 5 days old) has had some issues since I first booted it up. It likes to either lock up or completely shut down and restart on its own. It does this at random times, never when I am actively making inputs (like say during
a game) but it shut down when I was watching a 6 minute YouTube video. My drivers for my GTX 680 are up to date (310.70), and my Gigabyte X79-UP4 board has its Audio, Chipset, LAN, and USB drivers updated. I have install every update on Windows
8 to date.
I also ran tests on my HDD and RAM and those tests showed nothing bad. I don't know what to do to fix this except try to downgrade to Windows 7. If anyone can help me, I'd greatly appreciate it, and I'll add additional details as necessary.
