win64_11gR2_database installation issue on Windows8

Hi,
I am getting below error message while installing win64_11gR2_database in Windows8 single Language edition.
[INS-13001] Environment does not meet minimum requirements.
Are you sure you want to continue ?
Shall I continue installation by click yes ?

Please suggest me on this
