How to enable High Contrast WinRE?

Hello,
I can’t read white foreground on cyan background screen in Windows Recovery as WinPE 4.0 that it is not clear. How to enable High Contrast White-on-Black screen
in Windows Recovery? OR how change background color from cyan to black or darker blue in Windows Recovery?
