Some Windows 8 Apps won't connect to the internet

My windows store app, mail app and massaging app will connect to the Internet but all other apps will not connect, it says &quotNo Internet Connection&quot. And everything on my desktop connects. I am using a USB Mobile Broadband Connection. So how do
i get all the other Apps to connect, like the news app, sport app and the travel app?


Oh the Apps connect to the Internet when i connect to WiFi.
