Dell Win 8 Tablet error 0x0000031a

I have received an error where it states that your PC needs to be restarted and it needs to gather error info and will be restarted automatically. It will not restart and I have to hard reset it.

It also says I may look online for more info about this error code: 0x0000031a a quick google resulted in no related info

Any thoughts on the cause?
