I recently purchased the Windows 8 upgrade to my computer. I had been running the Windows 8 beta version, but my license has just expired. My original operating system was Windows Vista. Everything was going smoothly with the install until my computer
froze. After rebooting, I tried clicking the Windows 8 download icon from my downloads folder. It asks for admin approval to begin and I click 'yes'. After that nothing happens. When I try clicking on the download button again, it tells me it is already
running, but it doesn't show up in the task manager and nothing happens (even after several hours). Restarting again hasn't helped. How can I resolve this?
