Windows 8 wifi automatically turn off when restart

The laptop is upgraded from windows 7 to windows 8 pro version, everything about windows 8 is good except one thing, whenever the computer is rebooted, windows always
turns off the wifi, I have to manually go to settings enable the wifi again. This really frustrating, anyone can help please!!!
