Hi everyone,

I am using Powerquest 5.51 to back-up(image) my hard disks I have 2
hard disks with 4 partitions (2 on each). Powerquest is on partition 4
of 4 but it got 35hour left at 110mb/min. I want to cancel it but I
don't want to have to re back-up the first 3 partition. So will I have
to re-back-up the frist 3 partition or not If i press cancel?

Many Thanks for any help that you can give.

If you cancel now then you have to start all over again.
This is one of the reasons why you should keep things
modular: Back up your partitions one at a time instead
of doing the whole disk in one huge lump.

Powerquest is the name of a company incorporated by Symantec not long ago.
Powerquest at that time had imaging software called DriveImage. Version 7.0
was last one. 6.0/2002 was before that. That version, and prior used dos
or some form of dos to reside in. Did not work in XP.

Have never heard of an application for imaging called Powerquest.

110 mb/sec (millibit per second) is terribly slow. 110 MB/sec is on par
with a 8 year old PC.
