windows 8 offline

Hello, I have had Windows 8 since slightly before Christmas and have had no problems until a few days ago. I try to get onto some of the windows apps (eg. bing, store, sports, etc.) but it says there is no internet access. If i go to the bing app,
it shows I am offline but my internet is perfectly fine. I would very much like to fix this so i can start using my store and bing app. thank you.
