Surface Pro Windows 8 rdp 6.0 error with remote web workplace

I was testing the Surface Pro with remote web workplace and i get an rdp 6.0 error when i try to connect to a computer. I know it will work in compatibility mode but then my resolutions drops and it opens only half size on the surface pro.
This is a big issue as my company wanted to buy all our reps this to connect remotely to the office. Has any one figured out a work around. I have alread installed rollup 6 for windows server 2008.
