Help me---my windows update shows following message"Update installation failed. Error Information -

In the Machine
Details: I had 80GB hard disk working last 6 years. OS was in this HD and was updating properly. Suddenly on 03/02/2013 its stopped functioning. So i bought a new 320GB HD, loaded OS Windows 7. After three days it started asking for update. I went online
for update but it showed the above said error....Please help....
